He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Eberhart and Helen Eberhart; his sister Cynthia Stevens; and his nephew Scott Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Holly; his children, Sara Gass (Matthew) and John Paul Eberhart; and his grandchildren, Brenden Vitrano, Jacob Gass, Zachary Gass and Zac Eberhart. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
