He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Jennifer; and his siblings, Eleanore (Herb), Ted (Virg), Irene (Buster) and Barbara.

He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Janet Bushey, Don (Cammie) and Donna Foster; his stepchildren, Mike Kwiecinski (Lisa), Karyn Rekuc (Dennis) and Jeffrey Kwiecinski (Natalie); his grandchildren, Rebecca (Ryan), Sarah (Ryan), Stephanie (Joe), Lauren (Joe), Sean (Elise), Eric, John, Tonya, Brandon, Kassity (Matt), Nathan and Jenna; and his brother-in-law Dennis Siedlaczek. He is also survived by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations suggested to Open Arms Hospice.
