He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee Horn Sr. and Julie Ann Bonner; his siblings, Richard Lee Jr. and Cecil Horn; and his wife Laura Mae.
He is survived by: his sister Margie Lee Lewis; and his uncle Willie Mays. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home (1139 Inkster Rd, Garden City, MI 48135). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
