She was predeceased by: her husband Jack; and her daughter Marie Dison (Walt). She is survived by: her children, Marcia Crumb, Jackie Douglas (Mark), Mary Godfrey, David Godfrey, Richard Godfrey (Kelly), Jack Jr. and Michael Godfrey; her brother Bill Carlson; and her daughter-in-law Mona Godfrey. She is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
