She was predeceased by: her parents, Tadeusz Chilkiewicz and Irene Chilkiewicz; her mother-in-law Josephine Mostic; her siblings-in-law, Joan Dittman (late Jim), David Leskovitz (Mildred) and Nicholas Leskovitz; and her nephews, David Leskovitz, Donnie Bixler and Steven Chilkiewicz.
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Janina, Lily, Clara and Beatrix Ferguson; her husband Angelo Leskovitz; her sons, Mark (Deanne) and Scott; her grandchildren, Lauren Plemmons (Paul), Ryan and Brooke; her great grandchild Jack Plemmons; her grandchildren, Lily and Beatrix; her brothers, Ted Chilkiewicz (Marian), Tony Childs (Donna) and Andrew Chilkiewicz (Brenda); and her sisters-in-law, Loretta Desance (late Eugene) and Elaine Bixler.
