He is survived by: his father William Allen; his children, Martha Blazo (Eddie) and Victor Allen (Yvette Staton); his grandchildren, Corene, Christina (Scott), Justin and Lukus (Abigail Harris); and his sister Patricia Wojtewicz. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Alzheimer's Association or the Smile Train.
