Adored; his grandchildren, Whitney Jacobs, Alicia Jacobs (Jeremiah Barnes), John II, Dallas Jacobs, Jenna Krynak and Katelyn Verla; his great grandchildren, CúSean, Braydn, Jeremiah Jr., Sebastian, Harley, Declán and Daxle; his brother Charles; and his nieces and nephews, Terry Wise and Yvonne Rayman (Barry).
