Downer (McCall); and his children, Brenda Peters, Arley Downer (Ginny), Fayth Reeve (Fred), James Downer (Sheri), Charles Downer (Amy), Gaylord Downer (Kathy), Harold Downer (Judy), William Downer (Kim), Esther Watters (Tim), Thomas Downer (Dawn) and Stephen Downer (Carin). He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made in his memory to the Bible Holiness Church Garden City or Angela Hospice.
