She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick; her son James; her grandson Allen Ezel; and her siblings, Anita and Russell Dean.
She is survived by: her children, ElWanda Allen (Ray), John (Barbara), Joe and Carol Osemlak (Jerome); her grandchildren, Pat, Patricia Hardy, Gary Allen (Shannon), Tracy Szewczyk (Greg), Connie Ezell, Michael (Rita), Martin Osemlak and Sabrenia Osemlak; and her niece Betty Jean.
