He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Jones and Birdie Jones; his daughter Becky Lynn Morgan; his son-in-law Charles Walker; and his grandchild Chris Kargel.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Jones of Dearborn Heights; his children, Judy Kargel (Ric), Gary Jones, Shirley Walker (Matt Kazer), Cathy Glenn (Dave) and Randy Jones (Laurie); his grandchildren, Julie Walker Altesleben (Joe), Stephen Morgan, Tony Morgan (Victoria House) and Ricky Kargel (Jackie); his great grandchildren, Joey Altesleben and Shane Morgan; and his cousin Donna Whitlow.
