Collette and Kaitlyn Collette; his great grandchildren, Aurora and Arya; his siblings, Dennis Lysakowski (Todd Schneider), Debra Taber (Charles) and Diana Lysakowski (Ron Smith); and his siblings-in-law, Patrick Daly (Mary), Robert Daly, John Daly (Melanie) and Meg Outlaw (Dan). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
