He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman and Gwen. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, David Michael (Marcie), Amy, Nicole McManman and Joe Kalski (Chelsea Dobos); his grandchildren, Gwendolyn, Hayden, Brooke and Cora; his siblings, Gary, Sally Miller (Michael), Debbie Martin (John) and Richard; and his pet Duke. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members, friends.
