He was predeceased by: his wife Alice; and his sisters, Jenny Antosz and Alice Penzar. He is survived by: his children, Rich and Christina Kus (Tim); and his sister Victoria Pajaczkowski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
