He is survived by: his siblings, Donnie Brazelton (Kathleen), Carol Joyce Fields (Bethel), Sharell Diane Martin (Glenn) and Pamela Kay Slowik; and his nieces and nephews, Bridgetta Jenkins, Robin Frudd, John Brazelton, Lisa Brazelton, Brad Martin, Angela Martin, Tera Brown, Destiny Martin, Bobby Fields, Curt Fields, Scotty Slowik and Brandon Slowik.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Hazel Green Funeral Home (13921 US-231, Hazel Green, AL 35750). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
