We bid farewell to Adib Ahwal (Garden City, Michigan), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 9, 2024 at the age of 82. Adib touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As Adib departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Adib may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Adib leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rosanne; his children, Christopher, Mary Dziadosz (Jered) and Suzanne Sleeper (Michael); and his grandchildren, Luke, Evelyn, Lila and Emily. He was also cherished by his brother, sisters, extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John N. Santeiu & Son, Inc. (1139 Inkster Rd, Garden City, MI 48135). The lying in state was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas the Apostle Church (31530 Beechwood Ave, Garden City, MI 48135). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to American Heart Association.
