He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Richter and Eva Richter (Trapp); and his siblings, Larry Richter and Bonnie Rehmel (Gary). He is survived by: his children, Timothy Richter (Adrianne) and Jennifer Richter; the mother of his children Katherine Richter; his grandchildren, Slone and Jack Richter; and his sister-in-law Charlotte Richter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
