He is survived by: his wife Ruth Cook of Galien; his children, Brenda Rowell (Terry) of Mississippi, Marty Cook (Vanessa) of North Judson, Ina Carr (Steve) of Galien and David Cook of Galien; his grandchildren, Clint Rowell (Joni) of Mississippi, Matt Cook (Pam) of Mill Creek, Mark Cook (Kimberly) of North Judson, Luke Cook of North Judson, Elicia Lunsford (Nathan) of Monterey, Shane Carr of Galien, Caleb Carr (Becky) of Galien and Georgia Cook of Sudbury, Massachusetts; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Bryson, Sarah, Owen, Robbie, Avonlea, Gavin, Isabella, Malia, Brooks, Caroline, Lyla, Cade and Charlotte; and his great great grandchildren, Kaylee and Mark.
