It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Hammond (Galesburg, Michigan), who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Hammond and Willonore Hammond (Willitts). He is survived by: his wife Sara "Sally" (Schliess); and his children, Georgina Thomas (Kenny), Elizabeth Reisterer (Ron), Michael Hammond (Allison), William Hammond (Lisa) and Leo Hammond. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
