Wiers (Galesburg, Michigan), born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on May 10, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Wiers and Dora Wiers (Hamacher); his spouses, Frances Smith and Joan Hill; his son Gary Wiers; and his siblings, Barb Thiel, Donna Haggerman and Don Wiers.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Bouwer (Jim) of Kalamazoo, Larry Wiers (Judy) of Galesburg and John Wiers (Shani) of Kalamazoo.
