She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard F. Chapman and Mildred Chapman (Zemanek); her brothers, Tom and Roy Chapman; and her sons, Kevin and Keith.
She is survived by: her husband James F. Hicks; and her children, James F. Hicks, Jr., Susan Dick (Chris), Patricia Hansen and Michelle Tyler (Jim). She is also survived by her children and their spouses, 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews, plus many friends and extended family.
