It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice D. Wilson of Galesburg, Michigan, who passed away on February 10, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janice D. Wilson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kroeg and Katherine Kroeg (Stein); her husband Robert H. Wilson; her daughter Mari Sugiyama; her son-in-law Rich Haycook; and her siblings, Margaret Kuk, Richard Kroeg and Bobby Kroeg.
She is survived by: her family, Robert and Janice; her children, Debra Haycook, Karen Wilson (Bob Underwood) and Robert Wilson (Doreen); her grandchildren, Richie Haycook (Jessica), Jamie Conroy (Justin), Trevor Haycook (Anna Rehyl) and James Groat; her great grandchildren, Bailey (Brenna), Austin (Tory), Kolby, Michael, Bella, Sophia, Karsyn, Kaleigh, Russell, Karmen and Spyder; and her brother Elmer Kroeg.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (3000 W Main St, Kalamazoo, MI 49006). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Donations in memory of Janice may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church or Galesburg Charleston Memorial District Library.
