She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Maddex and Mary Couger; her son Jason Cox (Priscilla); her siblings, Lloyd Maddex (Judy), Raymond Maddex, Ethel Guffey and Nelda Purcell; and her son-in-law Roger Cutler.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Vogel (Michelle), Shari Sweet (Jim), Teri Cutler, Rick Ashby and Betty Shammas; and her grandchildren, Suzanne, Joleen, Charles, Danielle, Sydney, Mersadez, Austin, Michael, Amanda, Josh, Nickole, Rick Jr., Taylor, Randy, Kenny, Harmony, Heather, Mariam and Samira. She is also survived by great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
