He was predeceased by: his children, Todd Spears, Tim Best, Tom Best and Beth Lagattuta. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Spears (Brenda), Shelly Wilson (Rob), Sara Hough (Mike), Heidi Best and Jodi Best; and his siblings, Tom Spears and Glenda Tiller (Mac). He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
