He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Pack and Bettye Jean Pack (Clemons); and his brother Ronald Pack. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Pack; his children, Angela Pack (Andrew Meister), Katelyn Pack, Danielle Holden (Robert) and Morgon O'Kelly; and his sisters, Cathy Stephens and Sherr Avers.
