She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Smith and Hazel Smith (Wright); and her brother Sanford Spade. She is survived by: her husband Eugene; and her grandsons, Tim Niceswander, Danette Elwen and Jack Niceswander (Rosemary). She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
