She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Slinkers and Pieternella Slinkers; and her husband Frank Lesniak. She is survived by: her children, Richard Lesniak (Diane), Ellen Miller (Kenneth) and Deborah Wyman (Thomas); her grandchildren, Jon Klesko, Kelsey Galich and Mike Miller; her great grandchild Cody Klesko; and her sister Thea Randsdorp. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
