She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Nixon and Edna Nixon (Young); her siblings, Harold "Nick" Nixon, Jr. and Betty Tremble (Nixon); and her son-in-law Ty Brodhagen.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Brodhagen of Mattawan and Kerry Banghart of Kalamazoo; her grandchildren, Travis Brodhagen, Robert Brodhagen (Kelli), Tanner Brodhagen (Sarah), Ashlee Wolthuis (Greg), Baxter Banghart and Anders Banghart; and her great grandchildren, Tyanna, Danielle, Hunter, Ty and Will.
