He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Packard and Dorothy Packard. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Packard; his son Brad Packard; his daughter-in-law Missy Packard; and his siblings, Jerry Packard (Peg) and Linda Sterling (Karl). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
