She was predeceased by : her parents, David Robinson and June Robinson; her husband Thomas Aurand; her son Todd Aurand; her great-nephew Logan Cecil; and her parents-in-law, Herbert Aurand and Helen Aurand.

She is survived by : her daughter Angela Wertz (Bryan); her grandchildren, Ally Brozik (Brian), Olivia Aurand, Megan and Carson Wertz; her great grandchild Layla Brozik; her sisters, Sally Granger (Randy) and Susie Miller (Randy); and her aunt Sharon Bellinger. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials in Sandy's name are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
