He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Johnson and Catherine Johnson (Bass); and his wife Sharron. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Collins, Tammy Lambert and Anthony Doran; his sister C. J. Ludwick; and his close friend Denise Jensen. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
