He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Frederick and Mary Lou Granger (Blount); his brother Jeff Granger; his in-laws, David and Brenda Ayers; his cousin David LaBree; and his great-nephew Logan Cecil.
He is survived by: his wife Amy Lee Ayers; his children, Damon Granger (Angela Janovich) of Traverse City, Melissa Markel (Kyle) of Rochester Hills, Celia Granger (Ricky Lake, Jr.) of Owosso, Ryan Granger (Jodi) of Flushing, Courtany Smith (Nathan Ackman) of Flint Township, Chase Smith (Savanah) of Rockford and Allison Jenkins of Gaines; his grandchildren, Olivia, Hailey, Joslynn, Sarah, Isabella, Luke, Natalie, Cali, Henley, Ryleigh and Brixley; his siblings, Terry Granger (Anita) of White Lake, Tim Granger (Deb) of Haslett and Randy Granger (Sally) of Corunna; and his sisters-in-law, Liz Granger of Flushing and Brandy Waite (James) of Morris, IL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sharp Funeral Homes - Miller Road Chapel (8138 Miller Rd, Swartz Creek, MI 48473). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
