He was predeceased by: his grandfather Felix "Papa" Renkiewicz. He is survived by: his parents, David O'Brien and Michele O'Brien (Renkiewicz); his siblings, Isabella Petermann (Kyle), Olivia and Grant O'Brien; and his grandparents, Neil, Phyllis O'Brien and Joan King. He is also survived by many loving grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and family friends.
