He was predeceased by : his grandfather Felix "Papa" Renkiewicz. He is survived by : his parents, David O'Brien and Michele O'Brien (Renkiewicz); his siblings, Isabella Petermann (Kyle), Olivia and Grant O'Brien; and his grandparents, Neil, Phyllis O'Brien and Joan King. He is also survived by many loving grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and family friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Ronald McDonald House.
