She is survived by : her spouse Ross Ford; her children, Justin Michael Haag (Cheyenne Harris), Alicia Dawn Ford (Ja Gotta) and MacKennzie LeAnn Lawhorn; her grandchildren, Daniel Bucholtz, Haylee Jade Bucholtz, Nina Marie Bucholtz and Grayson Kole Haag (Betty); and her siblings, Carla Cifka (Carl), Ronald Haag and Brian Haag. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
