He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Jerome Kwartowitz. He is survived by: his son Ethan Kwartowitz; his mother Monica Kwartowitz; his brothers, Dr. Gary Kwartowitz (Sheryl Wolberg) and Dr. Mark Kwartowitz (Estelle); his nieces and nephews, Max, Ivy, Jack, Eleanor and Solomon; and also Lynn Kwartowitz. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
