He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Hacker and Cora Hacker (Puterbaugh); and his siblings, Leora DiPaola (late Al), Clinton Hacker (late Mary Ellen), Norman (late Helen), John Hacker (Shirley), Herbert Hacker and Elwood Hacker (Jewell).

He is survived by : his sister Louise Stierman (late Cyril). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
