She was predeceased by: her parents, Burtis Morris and Rozella Morris (Root). She is survived by: her husband George L. Carter; her children, Pamela Miller and Christopher Carter; her grandchildren, Jillian Teufel, Anna Carter and Mackenzie Pratt; and her great grandchild Niah Pratt.
