He is survived by: his wife Roberta "Bobbie"; his children, Rikki Cooper (Scott), Cindy Bailey, Shelly Johnston, Hazel Eynon (Scott), Kelly Lewis and Terry Jr.; his sisters, Bonnie Kelly, Mary Fisk, Margie Vandermass, Roberta Boeve (Howie), Peggy Pomeroy (Joel) and Mercile Martinsen; his sisters-in-law, Jane Douglas and Karen Verplank; his brothers, Wilson House (Verna), Edwin House (Mary Sue) and Jim House; and his brother-in-law Ron Douglas (Annie).
