He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Clark and Peggy Clark (Shanks). He is survived by: his child Sydni (Carlson); his wife LuSinda Clark (Eschman); his child Drew A. Clark; his grandchild Sydni J. E. Carlson (Mark); his siblings, David White (Sandee), Harry Clark (Diane), Bonnie Ryder (Ronald) and Joanne Fielstra (Robert); his brother-in-law Kurt Eschman (Dawn); and his cousin Diane Tandy (John). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
