It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Ann Burgener (Fruitport, Michigan), born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on August 8, 2023, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Edward Burgener (Elizabeth Kurtz); and her aunt Louella Bing. She is survived by: her parent Chris Burgener; her granddaughter Saylor; her siblings, Kathleen Smith (Tom), Noreen Kurtz, Edward Kurtz (Sue), Robert Kurtz, Michael Kurtz (Holly), Frank Kurtz (Angie) and Janet DeVries (Roland); her uncle John Spinner (Anita); and her aunt Mary Lou Terpstra (Alvin).
