He was predeceased by: his mother Bette Wolfgang Fisher. He is survived by: his close friend Mark Nowlan of St Louis; his sister Nancy Fisher Chudacoff (Howard P. Chudacoff) of Providence; his pets, Rosey, Loulette and Pepite; and his father Bernard Fisher.
