He was predeceased by: his daughter Buffi; and his parents, John and Johanna Vanderstelt Sr. (Teuling). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Vanderstelt; his son Chad Vanderstelt (Judy) of Fruitport; his granddaughters, Jenna Kubanek (Matthew) of Norton Shores, Savannah Chartrand (Chris) of Fruitport and Leila Vanderstelt of Fruitport; his sister Joanne Fowlow (Tom); his siblings-in-law, Paula Vanderstelt, Thelma Vanderstelt, Ken Lundholdm, Loren Barber (Eleanor) and Many; and his great grandchildren, Kyla and Teagan. He is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in John's name to Kindred Hospice of Grand Rapids.
