He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Tierman and Carolyn Tierman; and his sister Sharon. He is survived by: his children, Paul (Michele), Mark, Brian (Lisa) and Christina Knizner (Ryan); his grandchildren, Joshua, Matthew (Alexandria), Katelyn, Julia, Jenna, Megan, Nathan, Alison and Cole; his siblings, Carl (Wanda), Jim (Caron) and Ruth Ann Dean (Larry); and his pet Bailey. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fruitport Community Church (9 S 8th Ave, Fruitport, MI 49415). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
