He was predeceased by: his brother Earl. He is survived by: his parents, Andrew Kole and Venus Kole; his spouse Ruthan Vontom; his children, Andy (Linda Kole), Mary (Joel Apol), Bev (Al Kraker), Julee (Jon Bode), Margaret (Doug Dosland) and Christine (Brad MacLean); and his sister Betty Shetterly.
