He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Pickard Sr. and LaVonne Bulson (Richard); and his former wife Hope. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Pickard; his children, David Pickard (Katie Smith), Margie Farber (Danielle), Matt Pickard (Dawn), Martha Pickard (Alan Hershberger), Jayson Wade (Dee Hutchins) and Aaron Wade (Bonnie); and his siblings, Edward Pickard, Lyla McElory, Jeaniece Striker (Bruce) and Bill Bulson. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
