He is survived by: his wife Donna Lea Pacek of Fremont Township; his children, Deidre Joy Black (Seth) of Allen Park, Deborah Ann Quance (Jack) of St. Helen and Stephen John Pacek (Ann Marie) of Fremont Township; and his siblings, Anthony Pacek (Phil) of Winter Haven, FL and Frances Therese Felice of Ocala, FL.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
