It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee Joe Hoppa of Fremont, Michigan, who passed away on February 3, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Joseph and Beatrice Mary Hoppa (Wells); his wife Lorna Rose VandenBerg; his daughter Tammy Lee Hughes; and his brother Hal Hoppa.
He is survived by: his sons, Gary Hoppa (Beth) and Wes Hoppa; his grandchildren, Tylyn Anderson (Pete), David Hughes (Katie Gerhardt), Bailey Hoppa, Makenna Hoppa, Ashlyn Hoppa, Taryn Hoppa and Graison Hoppa; his great grandchildren, Easton, Camden and Ryker Anderson; his siblings, Rex Hoppa (Karen) and Kay Reiffer (Ronald); and his siblings-in-law, Christie Hoppa and Jim VandenBerg. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to Fremont FFA.
