Ken Comis Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ken Comis of Fremont, Michigan, who passed away on January 10, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Comis and Virginia Comis (Kempf); and his siblings, Larry Comis, Nancy (Jim Hines) and Jean "Jeannie" Stroven.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Derks; his children, Martha Sherman (Jason), Sarah Brown (Mike), Charlie Comis (Nicole), Rachel Comis and Neil Comis; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Comis and Ken Stroven. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sherman Township Hall (2410 S Wisner Ave, Fremont, MI 49412).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Newaygo County Compassion Home.
