She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Deur and Dora Deur (Rottman); her husband Robert Dale Dykman; and her sister Sharon Robertson. She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Micah, Francesca Dykman of Stafford, Virginia (family: Nichole Dykman), Kiara (Derek Dykman) and Miranda (Kenny Clements); her siblings, Bob Deur, Harry (Judy Deur), Cathy (Roger Norris) and Dwight (Allison Deur); and also Avery Dykman. She is also survived by 2 children, 6 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Juli's name to Bellwether Harbor in Fremont.
