He is survived by: his children, Brandon Cook of White Cloud, Juliann Puffer (Curtis) of Fremont and Joseph Cook (Kristi) of White Cloud; and his siblings, Joyce Zamarron (Gary) of Harrison, Bill Plotts (Beth) of White Cloud, Jim Plotts (Mary) of White Cloud, Perry Plotts (Tawnya) of Azle, Texas, Carol Robeck (Dan) of Newaygo and Fred Plotts of Stanwood. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
