He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Phillips and Anna Phillips (Tollenaar); and his brothers, Glen Phillips and Tim Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Brondyk; his children, Jerry A. Phillips, Jr., Kerri Boon (Jim) and Joy Goodall (Rick Harris); his siblings, Judy Porter (Jim) and Dan Phillips; and his sister-in-law Marsha Phillips. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren & 1 great-granddaughter.
